We won the toss and put them in to bat. They scored 274. We then scored 341 on a steamy morning on ‘the Pringle’ at Easton.
It was possibly the nicest game of cricket of the season - the girls had such lovely spirit and encouraged each other beautifully. The boys game was raised by the occasion and they responded nicely.
George Elworthy scored 31 off 15 balls (3 sixes and 3 fours) although was both bowled and caught - so a net of 21. He got the batting trophy.
Eddie Clegg got the sportsmanship trophy.
