Easton's fine form continued against Totton and Eling 2's. After winning the toss and choosing to bat first Adam Kite (63) and Luke Chapman (89) went after the opening bowlers reaching their 100 partnership in 16 overs. Easton reached 106 before Kite was bowled by Nick Edens. Matt Chamberlain (37) and Jamie Fox (39) continued to push on the scoring with Chapman the other end. Chapman was run out for 89 by which time Easton had reached 264 in the 43rd over. Easton managed to total 286 for 5 from their 45 overs. Jamie Banks from taking 2 wickets with the last 2 balls of the game last week was on a hat-trick and he duly obliged removing Charlie Cummings with the first ball of the innings! Banks (6-2-7-2) along with Kite (5-1-10-1) took another wicket a piece to restrict Totton to 16 for 3 in the 10th over. With the potential threat of rain Adam Carrick (7-1-22-1) and Ben Stanbrook rattled through some overs quickly to get to the 25 over mark to ensure a victory should he rain come. The rain held off which left Ethan Brackstone and Joe Lewis to come in and finish the game Under 15 Lewis finishing with (3.4-0-17-2) and the brilliant Brackstone taking 4 for 15 to bowl out Totton for 113.
