3 Wins out of 3 for EMWCC Girls

We took 6 wickets - thanks to 2 superb catches from Caitie, one catch and one bowl from Maisie, and Jazzy stumped a run out.

This contributed heavily to our win, so yet again our fielding was fab.

Andover only managed 3 wickets - 2 were bowled and one catch - so a massive improvement on our very close win last time against South Wilts where we gave away lots of "outs" to catches.

With our batting - We have to learn from today and not try and hit wides and no -balls as we automatically get 2 runs if we leave it - but if you swipe at either - you will have to run! - but I will talk to you more about that next week.

Only one 4 scored by Emily Joy in the whole match - although there were a few that were very close - Caitie - once again well done - top scoring batswoman with 12 off of 17 balls

Thank you so much to you all, I know you didn't get a full game as we had 3 more players than Andover, and they requested only 16 overs, But Tilda, Florrie, Scarlett, Martha and Rosie you are much valued bowlers/ batswomen and have no fear - you will feature in our future league games more (poor Scarlett went out to bat one over and didn't face a ball!)
