EMWCC Seconds v Oakley Seconds

EMW seconds were inserted on a drying wicket at the picturesque Oakley ground sans site screens.

A brilliant bowling performance by Baun ( 6.4-2-6-6) and Van Dyke ( 6-0-24-4) decimated EMW although a recovery from 6 for 6 wickets to 7 for 24 led by Ben Stanbrough with two 4's was quite an achievement under the circumstances!

Oakley polished off the runs in 9.4 overs with Ben Stanbrough taking 2 for 20 off 5 overs.

...quite a humbling experience but next week is an opportunity to bounce back and get the season back on tract.
